We are now looking for a communicative and structured employee for our central customer support at the head office in Stockholm. The role is varied and involves a lot of responsibility and contact with people. The organization is dynamic, and you have great opportunities to influence processes and routines. We have a good and close collaboration in the team where we help each other and together drive the business forward. The position is a temporary contract, about 1 year at 50%, with immediate start and potential for extension and increased working hours. Working hours vary based on agreement.
The team is responsible for providing service and a good reception through several incoming channels to the organization. This may also involve some problem-solving and helping to find the right contact person. We also have a close collaboration with the marketing and sales department since customer support is an important channel for potential new customers. By showing interest in the customer and learning about the organization, you will be able to provide increasingly broad support in various matters and continuously develop your ability to provide better service. There is a wide variety of questions that come to us, ranging from address changes to larger, more complex advisory issues. We do not assist with everything but act as first line support. During quieter times, there is also an opportunity to support the organization with administrative work. We work in a variety of systems, and customer support's regular opening hours are weekdays 08:00-17:00.

We want to provide our customers with first-class reception and service, and to succeed in the role of support agent, you need to be passionate about service and be solution-focused and unpretentious. You also consider yourself to be a quick learner and proactive in order to quickly grasp new tasks.
Since the position often means that you will be the first contact with incoming customers or potential customers, we highly value a positive and sales-oriented personality.
